Returns & Replacements

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are provided only after the issue has been verified and approved by our support team.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
