1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on AURA KING are digital products delivered electronically.

Since digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are generally considered final and non-returnable.

2. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content:

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Customers cannot return digital files after download.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

Duplicate payment made accidentally
Customer charged multiple times for the same order
Purchased product was not delivered due to a technical issue from our side
Corrupted or inaccessible file that we are unable to replace
Wrong product delivered by mistake from our side

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Lack of knowledge on how to use the files
Accidental purchase by customer
Delay caused by internet or device issues
Customer dissatisfaction related to personal preference
Failure to read product description properly
Download issues caused by third-party software or apps

5. Cancellation Policy

As digital product delivery is usually automated and instant:

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
If payment is successful and files are delivered/accessed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In rare cases where the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.
